ใน งานเราจะมีช่วง 'SYNCing with....' เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจผ่านบุคคลหน้าสนใจ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน ให้ทุกคนที่สนใจในด้านนวัตกรรมทางสังคมเกิดแรงบันดาลใจใหม่ๆ
Workshop: ให้คนที่มาร่วมงานจัดกลุ่มสนทนาเพื่อเสนอไอเดีย จากนั้นมีการพูดคุยแบ่งปันถึง solution ของแต่ละกลุ่ม โดยสามารถนำไอเดียมาพัฒนาให้ทำจริงได้
เราเปิดโอกาสให้ชาว SYNCer ได้นำเสนอไอเดียตามหัวข้อของเดือนนั้นๆ เช่น มิย. มีหัวข้อ Creative Disaster คนที่สนใจเข้าร่วมงานสามารถเสนอไอเดียการแก้ปัญหาต่างๆ หรือ innovation ผ่านทางเวบไซต์ก่อน และจะมีการโหวตให้มานำเสนอในงาน sync lab ตามสมควร
