He is founder of ChangeFusion. He has raised and managed projects worth over 3 million USD focusing on social innovation development such as Internet-based social technologies as well as sustainable agriculture. ChangeFusion is a World Bank Development Marketplace’s winner. He started off his career with Access Capital, a venture capital firm in Bangkok. He was also a Bloomberg Fellow in Finance.

She is a corporate & issue communications expert with background from private sector. She is an author of 3 booklets in Thai on Volunteerism / philanthropy, climate change and internet safety.  

Dev Appanah, Investment Manager; dev@changefusion.org

He is co-founder of ChangeFusion and is experienced in sustainable/ social enterprise startup finance & incubation. He started off his career as part of the founding team for the fund program for young social entrepreneurs supported by SDC. Since then, he has assisted over 22 social enterprise startups, mobilized support/ resources for sustainable/ social enterprises from international organizations, development agencies and the private sector. He has also authored a guidebook for young social entrepreneurs and several articles on social enterprise and sustainable development. He frequently speaks at international conferences on sustainable/ social enterprises and sustainable development.

He is experienced in grassroots-level social innovation design and diffusion. He has successfully developed 1/4th acre organic farming methods that are implemented in partnership with over 400 farmers in the Northeast of Thailand.

She is formerly from Kiva, an online marketplace for loans towards micro-entrepreneurs. At ChangeFusion, she's now channeling her energy towards supporting young social entrepreneurs by developing their venture profiles, program coordination and online network coordination and moderation. She's also a talented artist.

Bruno Bernardes; bruno@changefusion.org

Bruno found us through the AIESEC network. He used to work for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Brazil and holds a Masters in Sustainable Development. He is currently a program coordinator for one of our fund programs which supports young social entrepreneurs. He is extremely passionate about social entrepreneurship and intends to replicate ChangeFusion in Brazil through a new venture called Catalytica. He's an experienced and talented photographer.

She's formerly from the entertainment world at Channel 3, a popular TV station in Thailand. She's currently working on program administration for one of our fund programs which supports young social entrepreneurs in the region.
